This is not GPS tracking. This is your entire fleet operation — in one fleet management system, automated.
FleetControl collects data from your vehicles by itself, keeps the logbook and the service and document records by itself, sends reports by itself — and tells you which vehicle, which driver and which cost stands out. 55 services, one system.

Who we recommend it for
In which industry would you like to increase efficiency?
Every industry has a different pain point: for hauliers it is the tachograph and fines, for rental companies the authenticity of the odometer and contract tracking, for construction the utilisation of machinery, for passenger transport verified service delivery. That is why we do not offer a list of features but operating packages tailored to each industry — choose your sector and see what we would automate first for you.

Three things FleetControl does for you
-
Automatic data collection — zero administration
The system collects factual data from the CAN bus and GPS (every 1–10 seconds): odometer, operating hours, logbook, trip records and tachograph download are produced automatically — not in Excel, not from verbal reports.
-
Your entire operation in one system
Service intervals, document and permit expiries, warranty parts, objects and sites, tyre life cycle, checklists and tickets — all records in one place, with automatic reminders.
-
Data-driven decisions — with measurable savings
Driver evaluation from 32+ parameters per driver, cost and fuel consumption analysis per vehicle, automatic daily/weekly/monthly reports, ESG data per logbook line. Every cost leak, from fuel to tyres, becomes visible — and can be closed.
-
Reliability
The device keeps collecting without a connection and sends everything later – so 99.9% of the data arrives.
What is telematics — and what is it really good for?
Telematics combines telecommunications and information technology: a device installed in the vehicle transmits the vehicle's position and on-board data in real time to a central system. What matters, however, is not the dot on the map but what becomes of the data: automatic records, objective driver evaluation, cost analysis and deadline monitoring. FleetControl builds the entire fleet operation on this — with data transmission every 1–10 seconds, a SIM with EU+ coverage, and factual data at CAN bus level.

One partner responsible for everything
We provide the hardware, the software and the service from a single source: our own in-house developed and manufactured telematics devices, a comprehensive fleet management platform and industry-specific add-ons. So there is no finger-pointing — one partner is responsible for everything.
-
FleetControl
A comprehensive fleet management platform with 55 services: automatic data collection, records, driving analysis, reporting, tachograph and cost control in one place. It automates what you currently keep in Excel or in scattered systems.
-
FleetControl Track Pro – our own device
In-house developed telematics hardware made in Hungary, with a 3–5-year warranty, CAN bus data connection and data transmission every 1–10 seconds. With the built-in international SIM, it works at domestic rates within the EU+.
-
OEM data connection
A direct connection to the vehicle's factory telematics system — without installing a separate device, where the manufacturer's interface allows it (typically for newer vehicles). Zero installation risk, so no loss of warranty and the service starts faster.
-
MyBusDirect
Intelligent passenger transport platform for bus, employee transport and tourism fleets, built on FleetControl's telematics data.
-
FleetCam
AI-based on-board camera system: dual-channel 4G camera with driver monitoring (fatigue, phone use) and ADAS driver assistance, connected to FleetControl.
-
BusNET
Turnkey passenger Wi-Fi service for bus fleets: one system from the router mounted in the vehicle to central monitoring, which the customer does not have to operate.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between GPS tracking and fleet management?
Tracking shows where the vehicle is. Fleet management also does the work of operating the fleet: automatic logbook and trip records, service and expiry monitoring, driver evaluation, cost analysis, checklists and tickets, tachograph download. FleetControl is the latter — tracking is only its foundation.
Which fleet management system should I choose in Hungary?
One that automates the entire operation, not just one that provides position: records (vehicles, documents, objects, tyres), automatic reports, driver evaluation and cost analysis on one platform. FleetControl's 55 service modules cover this — with our own in-house developed device made in Hungary, a compatible device or, for newer vehicles, a factory data connection.
Can Excel-based records be replaced?
Yes — this is one of the main purposes of the system. Services, expiries, warranties, logbooks and cost settlements are kept automatically, in one place, with notifications before expiry.
Does the system also work abroad?
Yes. The built-in international SIM works as domestic traffic throughout the EU, as well as in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia and North Macedonia; in an extended package, further Balkan countries, Turkey and Ukraine are also available.
Does anything need to be installed in the vehicle?
Often not for newer cars: we use the factory data connection. Where there is no factory data, we install a device – to factory standard, without affecting the warranty.
Does factory data work for my brand?
Our list includes 28 brands, 33 variants including drivetrains. How often the factory system sends data differs by brand – this decides which functions can be enabled. We tell you in the free audit.
What if the mobile network goes down?
Our own device stores the data and sends it once the connection is restored – we guarantee 99.9% data delivery for this. There is no data delivery guarantee for factory (OEM) data.
Our fleet is small.
You can start with a single vehicle. Without a device from €2/month/vehicle (net), with factory data connection without minimum term. This information does not constitute an offer.
Our fleet is mixed.
No need to standardise: each vehicle uses the data source that makes sense for it, the report is shared.
Are there checklists and fault reporting?
Yes: checklists for vehicle handover, inspections, accident reports and site inspections, plus Direct fault reporting so anyone can report a fault.
