BusNET — passenger Wi-Fi for bus fleets
"Putting a router" on a bus is easy. The difficulty is that a bus moves, goes into tunnels, has its power cut several times a day, and its mobile network quality varies by time of day. BusNET is designed for this reality: every few minutes the system checks the vehicle's status and, where possible, restores it automatically — the operator does not need to go out to the bus to fix a broken setting.
Passengers connect without a password, registration or SMS code: they accept the terms of use on the login page and are online within a few seconds. A single acceptance is valid for the whole fleet — when changing to another bus, they do not have to accept again. The branding of the login page (logo, colours, texts) belongs to the customer.
What we say up front: the system measures and logs the quality of the mobile network but cannot bypass it — in tunnels or mountainous areas the connection may slow down or drop out. Vehicle records and connecting the vehicles to the system are handled by FleetControl.

BusTrack.Live
BusTrack.Live is PetTrack's web-based passenger information interface for bus operators. Each partner receives its own subpage where passengers can see the route, the stops, the timetable and the current position of the bus on a map.
Passengers can also rate their journey: the cleanliness, comfort and punctuality of the vehicle, as well as the driver's driving style and friendliness.
The platform was created in response to the needs of our bus partners; its successor, further developed for organising employee shuttle services, is MyBusDirect.
