Trading companies: company car tracking and trip records
Running the company fleet should not take up working time but provide data — by itself.
In a sales fleet, the real cost is not the vehicle itself but everything around it: manually kept trip records, settlement disputes, forgotten service deadlines and invisible private use. FleetControl automates all of this: the logbook and mileage log are generated automatically, the system warns you about expiries, partner visits can be looked up — and fuel control and the tax-free driver allowance under the rules of the Hungarian Tax Authority (NAV) bring additional savings that can be expressed in money.

The benefits
- Trip records split into business and private, automatically, with odometer readings — without settlement disputes
- Logbook generated automatically, with driver and vehicle data
- Service and expiry monitoring (roadworthiness test, insurance, documents) with automatic notification — instead of Excel
- Partner visit log: when, with whom and how long the colleague spent — factual data for sales management
- Driver behaviour analysis: 32+ parameters, objective comparison
- Document management: every document attached to the vehicle/driver
- Fuel control as a bonus: fuel consumption measured from the CAN bus (~1% error), fuel log (MOL, Shell, OMV, Orlen, DKV, UTA, Eurowag), fuelled vs. measured comparison
- NAV fuel savings: tax-free driver allowance based on Hungarian Government Decree 60/1992

Frequently asked questions
How can business and private use be separated?
The logbook automatically records the status of the private-trip switch; in the trip records, private trips appear separately in kilometres and in time — settlement is transparent and free of disputes.
How much administration does the system replace?
The logbook, trip records, odometer log and expiry monitoring are fully automatic; for month-end settlement, the reports arrive by email automatically. What a colleague keeps in Excel today, the system does by itself.
Can economical drivers really be rewarded tax-free?
Yes: the difference between the consumption norm under Hungarian Government Decree 60/1992 and the consumption actually measured from the CAN bus can be paid out tax-free under the Hungarian personal income tax (SZJA) rules. The system calculates the norm automatically.
What do the fuel card invoices reveal?
The system assigns invoices to vehicles by registration number and compares the quantity fuelled with the measured consumption — any discrepancy is immediately visible, whether its cause is theft, a technical fault or driving style.
