Tourism: coach fleet management without the paperwork chaos
International trips, changing routes, strict regulations — tour coach administration cannot tolerate paper chaos.
On a tour abroad, you have to comply at the same time with tachograph regulations, journey form obligations, posting and minimum wage rules — and settle accounts with the charter client. FleetControl automatically provides the factual data for all of this: from the international trip and driving time report to the digital logbook that also works offline and can be presented in the inspector's language.

What documents are needed for international occasional services?
For international occasional services and cabotage within the EU, the journey form under Regulation (EC) No 1073/2009 is mandatory (from a book of journey forms issued by the authority): it must be completed before the journey starts, the original must be kept on board until the end of the journey and presented at the request of the authorities — legibly and indelibly. Towards third countries (e.g. the United Kingdom, the Western Balkans, Turkey), the book of journey forms under the INTERBUS Agreement is required.
In addition, at a roadside check, under Article 36 of Regulation (EU) No 165/2014, drivers must be able to present the driving data for the current day and the previous 56 days (from 31 December 2024). The digital system does not replace the paper book of journey forms — but it provides all the data needed to complete it (route, times, km, driver), and the presentation obligation is covered by the offline app. Regulation (EU) 2024/1258 has also introduced more flexible break and rest time rules for occasional (tourist) passenger transport — proving compliance with them is also a matter of data.

Frequently asked questions
What does the driver present at a check abroad?
The paper journey form (under Regulation (EC) No 1073/2009 or INTERBUS) and the driving data: under Article 36 of Regulation (EU) No 165/2014, the current day + 56 days may be requested — the FleetControl app displays this without internet, in the inspector's language.
How can the posting allowance for trips abroad be calculated?
The system automatically totals how much time each driver spent and how much they drove in each country — this is the direct basis for settling posting allowances and minimum wage compliance.
Does the system alert you if the bus enters an unplanned country?
Yes: border crossing monitoring detects at the actual border line — it also sends an immediate notification when the bus crosses a green border, which can be critical from an insurance perspective.
