Employee transport: worker shuttles with verified service delivery
A contract with a client is only worth as much as you can prove of it.
In employee transport, disputes are almost always about the same things: how many rounds the bus made, when it arrived, whether it really stopped at every boarding point — and who was driving. FleetControl documents every trip automatically, linked to the driver — so settlement with the client is no longer a topic of dispute but an attached report.

Legally, an employee shuttle is a "special regular service"
Under Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1073/2009, the carriage of workers between home and work (just like that of pupils and students to and from their educational institution) qualifies as a special regular service — the fact that the service is adapted to the needs of the users does not change the classification. It follows that the documentation requirements of a regular service (route, stops, times) apply here too, and on buses fitted with a tachograph, the driver card must be used in accordance with Article 34 of Regulation (EU) No 165/2014 — from which FleetControl produces automatic driver identification and proof of service.

Frequently asked questions
What evidence of service does the client receive?
An automatically generated report: which service departed when, where and when it stopped, how long the round took, who was driving — from the logbook data, without manual administration.
Do bus rules also apply to employee shuttles?
Yes: Regulation (EC) No 1073/2009 treats the carriage of workers between home and work as a special regular service; on a bus fitted with a tachograph, the card must be used in accordance with Article 34 of Regulation (EU) No 165/2014 — FleetControl turns this into automatic documentation.
What happens if a service does not depart in the morning?
First daily departure monitoring reports the first departure by email every calendar day — if it does not happen, you see it immediately, before the factory calls you.
